8 months old...and halfway through??

Hudson is already 8 months old and as of last week I am halfway through this pregnancy!  Time is flying by..

We've been hanging out with Auntie Adele at an Irish festival downtown earlier in March

Hudson and I took a drive to Birmingham to visit family. We had a lunch date at Five Guys on the way!

I brought home this beautiful painting of oyster shells - completed by my talented sister :)

And we partied with friends and family to celebrate baby Nora!!

When we got back to Savannah, Hudson had some much needed cuddle time with his Daddy - we were so happy to see him :)

H loooves his froggy blanket. Thankfully we have 2. Pat found him with it cuddled over his face...too cute.

We have been very entertained this month...

hanging with miss princess sophie sparkles (who did NOT tolerate this touching for very long),

eating pickles.....which he apparently finds de-licious,

celebrating Patrick's birthday (sorry - iphone pics),

eating oranges left on the ground by eloise :/ ok. don't judge. 

going for our first buggy ride  -- excuse the squinty eyes, it was a very sunny day -- he has sensitive eyes, alright?

laying around in all of our prizes from auntie ang - including a gift for tiny baby -- she is predicting a baby girl!

A visit to Savannah is not complete without seeing Juliette Gordon Low's house - especially when Callie and I sealed our friendship a measly 20 years ago (ohmygoshhhhh we're so old) in Troop 704.

Monday was such perfect weather - so we strolled around downtown and ate in the park

chair makeover

This is a chair from my Grandparent's house that Patrick and I brought to Savannah when my Grandfather was moving and getting rid of furniture in his old house. After taking off the cushion and digging through fabric and paint that I had at the house..

...I came up with this!!

It's painted a light gray/blue

I found a long scrap of my favorite fabric and made the piping to go with the cushion to make it more colorful - 

I think it turned out alright!

Meet Tiny Baby. 

Yes. You hear me.

See, we have a baby. His name is Hudson. Now we have a tiny baby. That's the only logical name..right?

Well, Tiny Baby will be joining us all a mere 19 days after H turns 1 year old. Once again, yes, you heard that correctly.

August 21st 2012 - we will see if Tiny Baby is going to be tackling his big brother or if she will be forcing H to play dress up for the next 5 years!
