mother's day

I love warm weather. I barely survived my winters in St. Louis. I welcome the blazing sun beating down on me (with sunscreen on of course...). A trip to Tybee was just what I wanted to do for Mother's day - spend the day on the beach < a day really means approximately 2 hours when you have small children >. It was perfect! 

While getting ready to go, we found this sleeping beauty. She just couldn't make it without that morning nap :)

Sunday was spent hanging out at the pool with all of the Broderick's - Emma Kate has a tough life.

Yesterday was a great day to celebrate sister Eloise's 4th birthday! She had treats, got a new bed, played ball for a reeeeeeallly long time, got to wade in the baby pool, had a nice bath, and had doggy ice cream.

Sweet Emma Kate is 9 months old already! She's crawling, eating big girl food, and getting busier every day!

Dadaaa!!!! He sat with Hudson at lunch today. Glad to know I married Superman...

MY LEMON TREE!!

 Look at those lemons so cute and tiny. Don't mess with my tree...I will have lemons this year.

Yesterday we had a play date with the Doan girls at the pool and had so much fun!

I spy twins in this picture. The smaller one may or may not have removed his sunglasses to place them on his hat to look like his Daddy - the cutest.
